Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with daily living activities while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
• Take vital signs, measure height/weight, and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Support nurses with documentation and delegated tasks.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely, compassionate assistance.
• Participate in shift meetings and care conferences.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
