Job summary

True Inspiration Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home care team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support overall well-being while communicating with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid CNA certification required to perform duties.
• First aid and CPR certifications are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and assist with walking and therapy exercises.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse/doctor.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and communication with the care team.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during care.
• Document care provided as required.
