Qualifications
- Active CNA Certification (State-approved).
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Resident Care - assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor & Report Changes - observe residents' conditions and report concerns to nurses.
- Ensure Comfort & Safety - help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Engage with Residents - offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
- Follow Care Plans - work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
