Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved).
• Compassionate & patient-focused mindset.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care – assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Monitor & report changes – observe residents' conditions and report concerns to nurses.
• Ensure comfort & safety – maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Engage with residents – offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Follow care plans – work with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
