Job summary

Empro Staffing seeks reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support patients across healthcare settings. We offer flexible scheduling with a preference for a consistent weekly pattern; all staff are scheduled every other Saturday and Sunday, with potential for double shifts.

Openings are daytime and evening (7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM) in Blairstown, NJ. The hourly rate is $25 with overtime at $37.50; pay is weekly on Fridays via direct deposit. NJ CNA certification is required to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program.
• Current CNA certification.
• Experience preferred but new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers to beds, wheelchairs, etc.).
• Support nursing and medical staff in delivering care.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment; follow infection control protocols.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills.
