Avantara Pierre is currently hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide daily living assistance, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Starting wage is based on experience. We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time staff, flexible scheduling, weekends/holidays rotation, and comprehensive benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered SD CNA registration.
• Excellent patient care and observation skills required.
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote comfort and safety.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe environment and support care plans.
