Nest & Care in Rockville, MD is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients in their homes.

If you have at least one year of caregiving experience and a reliable attendance record, you will follow individual care plans, assist with bathing, dressing, eating and hygiene, document care activities, and communicate changes to the team. Flexible schedule and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Caregivers with at least one year of caregiving experience.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Able to make a difference in clients' lives.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care - bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene per client care plans.
• Read the client's care plan and assessments to provide consistent quality care.
• Adhere to all company policies (dress code, time off, call-out).
• Clock in and out of every shift on the client systems.
• Observe changes in clients' behavior or health and notify Nest & Care as needed.
