Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Connecticut.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide personalized care and attention to residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices.
