Qualifikationen

• Active Florida CNA certification preferred; qualified HHAs encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in senior care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 background screening.
• Dependable, compassionate and professional.
• Comfortable using a mobile scheduling and documentation app.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other age-related conditions.
• Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition.
