Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Palo Alto is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with daily activities and ensure comfort and safety.

Education and certification requirements include a high school diploma and CNA certification with current BLS. Prior experience is not required, but 2–3 years in a hospital or similar setting is preferred, and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. 2–3 years in acute hospital, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistant to patients with activities of daily living under RN/LPN supervision.
• Performs patient care activities within scope; does not administer medications or therapies.
• Adheres to PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines; performs other duties as assigned.
