Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. The role does not involve medication administration and follows PAM Health policies.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, CNA certification as required by state, and current BLS certification; 2–3 years of acute care or rehab setting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• CNA certification required by state where hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. 2–3 years in acute hospital, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient comfort.
• Follow PAM Health policies, procedures and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
