Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Ability to communicate in English and meet all legal health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, assist residents with daily living activities and provide care as assigned.
• Support a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure resident safety, comfort and dignity.
