Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities accurately per regulations.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment and ensure equipment is clean and functioning.
