Job summary
Cantex Continuing Care Network in Silsbee, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist residents with ADLs, transfers, and daily activities while following individualized care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Must be able to lift, move and transfer patients safely.
- Strong teamwork and reliability with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe techniques.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
- Document care and daily activities accurately per regulations.
- Follow care plans to improve patient outcomes and maintain a safe environment.
- Ensure equipment is clean, charged, and functioning; participate in handoffs.
