Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Englishtown, NJ. The role supports residents with daily living activities, hygiene, nutrition and mobility while reporting health changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning/ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make Residents' beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by federal, state and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data.

Education

Current Nursing Assistant license from the state of New Jersey
