Job summary

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan in Englishtown, NJ, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA delivers meals, assists with mobility, and supports residents’ daily living needs on a scheduled shift.

Eligible applicants hold a NJ CNA license and can expect a supportive team, flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current New Jersey Nursing Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities including delivering meals, turning and assisting mobility, and ensuring hydration during shifts.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist Residents with feeding and providing nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and orderly.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies.
• Comply with federal, state and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of Resident and Facility data.
