Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for The Madison on Marsh in Carrollton, TX. This PRN role supports skilled nursing with hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs to ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities accurately.
