Saber Healthcare Group is hiring at Portside Health & Rehab Center in Portsmouth, VA to join a dedicated nursing team as a Nursing Assistant. You will provide direct care, assist residents with daily living, and support their physical and emotional needs according to care plans under supervision.

Candidates must hold current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in Virginia, be high school diploma or GED, and have LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within state laws.
• High school diploma or GED; participation in GED guidance offered if needed.
• Previous LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned, per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Attend to residents' physical needs, safety, and emotional support.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Perform additional duties as directed by community leadership.
