Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated Nursing Assistant for Portside Health & Rehab Center in Portsmouth, VA. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor comfort, and follow care plans to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

We offer full-time shifts (7:00a–7:00p and 7:00p–7:00a) with a wage range of $21.00–$24.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and generous PTO, with daily pay options and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
• Current registry as a Nursing Assistant in good standing per state laws.
• Previous long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort.
• Offer emotional and social support as directed by care plans and supervision.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and nursing procedures.
