Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Take and record vital signs and weights
• Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal care
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Respond to call lights promptly
• Document changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate charts and flow sheets
• Ensure dignity and respect in all care
• Maintain clean, safe living environment
• Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists
