Job summary

Allpro Homecare is seeking an experienced CNA or PSS to provide quality non-medical homecare to our veteran clients. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and online training are available to support your needs.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal planning, and light housekeeping while maintaining safety and dignity for each client. Join a dedicated team committed to compassionate, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Current state license in good standing as a CNA.
• Current state license in good standing as a PSS.
• 1 year experience in hospital, nursing home, other facility or homecare setting.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client).
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Assists client with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assists client with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet.
• Assists client with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair.
• Performs housekeeping duties.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
• Report any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan.
