Job summary

Right at Home East Atlanta/Rome is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Atlanta area. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while following individualized care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must hold a Georgia CNA certification and CPR certification (or be able to obtain).

Qualifications

• Georgia CNA certification currently held.
• CPR certification current or able to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance coverage is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check required.
• Drug screening required.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans.
