Job summary

Right at Home East Atlanta/Rome is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in Rome and surrounding areas. You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship to help clients maintain independence.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, paid training, and ongoing support from a caring leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification.
• Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Current Automobile Insurance.
• Eligible to Work in the United States.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.
• Pass Drug Screening.
• Strong Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans.
