Care With Dignity at Home in Prince William County, VA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care. Qualifications

• Current CNA, PCA or HHA certification.
• 4 required CPR certification.
• TB test results required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Prince William County.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and compassionate.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide safe mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration according to the client’s care plan.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow individualized care plans, infection-control procedures, and all applicable care standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team.
