Job summary
Heights Care & Rehab in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Day Shift CNA to join our dedicated team. Earn $22–$27 per hour with a flexible 3-day work week and optional 4th day for more hours.
You will assist residents with daily living, provide care with dignity, and work with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
Active Colorado CNA certification required; we value reliability, teamwork, and excellent communication. Weekend and weekday hours are available.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA Certification.
- Compassionate and resident-focused.
- Dependable and reliable attendance.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, repositioning, and toileting.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
- Observe and communicate changes in resident condition.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding care.
