Job description

As a Quick Response CNA (STNA), you will be a vital part of our Even More Care program, providing urgent support during active stages of dying. You will serve as the steady presence families can count on, responding quickly to evolving physical or emotional needs. CNA Evenings - STNA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Travel to the office in Cincinnati, OH., is required.

CNA Evenings - STNA Qualifications:

  • Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.
  • 6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurse Aide is required.
  • Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum of 75 hours of certification.
  • Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
  • Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and the ability to operate said vehicle safely and independently.
  • Serving patients throughout Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties.
