Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and personal care assistance
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and status updates
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff
• Developing strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care experience
