• Provide high-quality direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding patients
• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
