Job summary

US Skilled Serve is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for a full-time, in-person role. The position requires following a 4 days on, 2 days off schedule, and includes weekends as needed with evening shifts. Eligible candidates must hold current CNA certification and be able to provide compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification as per state law.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents.
• Must be a supportive team member with strong teamwork.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when required.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs and bend or stoop.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts when applicable.
• Report significant changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Protect residents' privacy and report violations of HIPAA.
• Prepare residents' rooms for admission and ensure bed, name tag, etc. are in place.
• Assist with transferring residents and daily care activities as directed.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and work schedules.
