River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care. New graduates are welcome, and the role offers flexible hour options with competitive pay.

Requirements include a current Missouri CNA license, completion of COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to vaccinate), and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in daily care of residents.
