Integrity Support Solutions is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities. You will perform ADLs, support mobility, monitor health, and maintain documentation while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
