The position starts immediately at $15/hour during endorsement, with a pay increase after Maryland CNA 1 approval. The role offers hands-on experience, reciprocity paperwork support, and growth toward full licensure.

Qualifications

• CNA license from a state other than Maryland.
• Agreement to complete the Maryland CNA endorsement within 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff promptly.
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Be mindful of residents' families and respond professionally as needed.
• Keep residents' bed, dresser, bathroom, and living areas tidy.
• Answer call lights promptly.
