Job summary

Providence St. Joseph's Hospital-Chewelah is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic nursing care under nursing supervision.

You will join a multidisciplinary team at St. Joseph's Hospital-Chewelah in Washington, working on-site with a focus on patient-focused care and adherence to guidelines. This role requires WA CNA licensure and BLS certification, with a competitive pay range posted.

Qualifications

This position provides basic nursing care to clients under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Individuals must work cooperatively with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team and in accordance with the established guidelines and procedures of St. Joseph's Hospital. Reports to Nursing Supervisor/Charge Nurse. Functions according to the standards of the profession.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training and Completed an approved Certified Nursing Assistant course. Or Coursework/Training and may be presently enrolled in an approved course and perform skills successfully checked off in the clinical setting by the course instructor.
• Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of NAC.
