Qualifications

• Must possess CNA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to staff.
• Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure ulcers with proper turning and moisturizers.
• Take vital signs and document care according to policy.
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and psychosocial well‑being.
