Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, etc…).
• Assist residents with dental care, nail care, hair care, etc…
• Keep residents dry to avoid breakdown; turn patient regularly.
• Record resident weight when instructed.
• Serve food trays and document intake/output.
• Inventory and mark residents' possessions.
• Make beds and keep rooms neat and tidy.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Ensure resident privacy at all times.
