Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant at its Monteagle Rehab & Wellness Center to provide compassionate direct resident care. CNAs will support ADLs, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment within the facility.

You will work under licensed nursing staff, contribute to individualized care plans, and participate in ongoing training and patient-centered initiatives. Join a mission-driven team focused on quality outcomes and dignity in care.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a nursing team under licensed staff.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to interact with residents and vendors.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) per the resident plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and related data.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist residents.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
