Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a compassionate, safe environment in our 150-bed facility.

The CNAs work as part of a caregiving team, collaborate with nursing staff, and support resident rights while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a nursing team under licensed staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per resident plans of care.
• Record resident vital signs, intake/output, and other data.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
