Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality daily nursing care in alignment with each resident’s plan of care. The role requires attentiveness to hygiene, safety, and compassionate interaction with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include patient assistance, charting, reporting changes to supervisors, and supporting activities of daily living. A steady, reliable team member who follows policies is essential for this unit.

Qualificações

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Must have basic computer skills and documentation familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in a descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to the RN Team Leader promptly.
• Assist with hygiene needs: dental care, bathing, dressing, hair/nail care.
• Transport residents to rooms, appointments, and activities as needed.
• Support safety, infection control, and compassion in daily care.
