Job summary

The Meadows of Ottawa, part of Trilogy Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care in a supportive long-term care community in Ottawa, Ohio.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, turning and positioning, monitoring health changes, and providing companionship as part of a collaborative team; Trilogy offers competitive pay, benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
