Job summary

Villa At West Branch seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA helps residents with comprehensive health care needs under nurse supervision and assists with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting and exercising.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and monitoring vital signs under supervision, while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• Current CPR certification or progress toward certification within 90 days preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision of a nurse.
• Help with bathing, dressing, eating, grooming and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed by licensed staff.
• Ensure resident safety, hygiene and comfort; respond to calls promptly.
• Support transfers, mobility, and transportation to appointments if needed.
• Maintain clean rooms and proper linen care; gather supplies.
