Job summary

Majestic Care seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our community nursing team. The CNA will deliver direct, hands-on care to ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents under the supervision of professional nursing staff.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, responding to call lights, and helping with admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring safety, dignity, and infection control.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required and must be active in the employing state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs.
• Respond to call lights to enhance comfort and safety.
• Transport residents to common areas.
• Report significant findings to nurse promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Maintain residents' personal possessions and room safety.
• Follow infection control practices.
• Respect residents' privacy and rights.
• Provide restorative care to prevent complications.
• Maintain hydration and nutrition and monitor vitals.
