Job summary

UCP of Maine’s Elizabeth Levinson Center in Bangor is seeking a caring CNA for an overnight role. The facility is a 14-bed Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, offering low staff-to-resident ratios and opportunities to enhance skills while helping residents reach independence.

Starting wage is $19.04 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time and $750 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Must have active State of Maine CNA certification.
• Valid driver license required for some shifts.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bloodborne pathogens training and First Aid/CPR certification are required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with medical and intellectual disabilities to promote independence.
• Maintain low CNA-to-resident ratios (2:1 and 3:1).
• Provide care and support during overnight shifts.

The Elizabeth Levinson Center (ELC) is UCP of Maine’s 14 bed Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We offer low staff to Resident ratios and paid time off starting at 6 weeks per year!
At ELC you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by not only supporting residents with their medical and intellectual disabilities, but most importantly helping them reach their highest level of independence and potential.

• Starting hourly wage $19.04 - wage is based by experience
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for a Full Time
• $750 Sign-On Bonus for a Part Time
• Referral Bonus for employees who refer friends that result in fulfillment of a CNA position
• Shift differential $7 per hour on weeknights. $9 per hour on weekends
