Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Job Functions: CNA

• Demonstrates basic patient care skills, including, but not limited to patient hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral and perineal care, back rubs). Measurement: Observation, Patient Care Documentation.
• Measures vital signs, weights, and measures I&O, accurately and within expected time frames. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy, Timeliness.
• Documents accurately on designated forms or in computer. Measurement: Observation, Patient Care Documentation, Accuracy.
• Ambulates, lifts, moves and transports patients within specified time frames. Measurement: Observation, Timeliness.
