Responsabilités

• Assist nurses with direct-patient care.
• Communicate with the manager about unit activities and patient care needs.
• Maintain hospital guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Follow routines and use supplies and equipment cost-effectively.
• Support safety factors and patient outcome effectiveness.
• Ensure daily patient hygiene standards are met.
• Documents information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Documentation should be appropriate for the reader and use correct terminology.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and troubleshooting as needed.
• Utilize technology to increase productivity and adapt to new tech.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services and required competency evaluations.
