Job summary

Required qualifications include a State-approved CNA program, active licensure, high school diploma, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct patient care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed.
• Join an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
• Maintain professional working relationships with associates and vendors.
