Job summary

The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active license in the applicable State must be maintained.
• One year skilled nursing experience is preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and mobility as directed.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors as needed.
