Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and personal care while promoting a structured routine and community integration.

This role offers on-site opportunities in the Taunton area with on-the-job training, potential tuition assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Massachusetts CNA license required.
Compassionate person who enjoys helping others.
Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
TB screening and a physical are required at hire and a TB update every two years.
Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
Assist with daily living activities and meals.
Escort to community outings and appointments.
Provide personal care and supervise daily routines.
Support with medical appointments as needed.
