Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and outings to integrate individuals into the community.

The role requires a Massachusetts CNA license, a compassionate attitude, and reliable transportation. A background check and TB/physical screening are prerequisites, with benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA license is required.
• Compassionate person who enjoys helping others.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle.
• TB screening and a physical are required at hire; TB updates every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Conduct or accompany community outings and meals.
• Support structured routines and transport to appointments as needed.
