Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living, under supervision of the licensed nurse and in accordance with the Plan of Care and MDH CNA program standards.

Qualifications include current CNA certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry and the ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision.
• Work with licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager to follow the Plan of Care and MDH standards.
• Support independence and psychosocial well-being as part of the care team.
