Job summary

NUTRITION MANAGEMENT SERVICES is seeking a dedicated Dining Room Coordinator at our York, PA facility. You will lead meal service, supervise dietary staff, and support residents with feeding as needed in a compassionate, resident-first environment.

As a CNA with supervisory experience, you will collaborate with dietary and nursing teams to meet individual needs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help staff onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• CNA certification (PA) is required.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare food service preferred.
• Strong leadership and resident-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily meal service in resident dining areas for timely, respectful delivery.
• Supervise dietary aides and meal servers across shifts.
• Coordinate with dietary and nursing teams to meet individual dietary needs.
• Assist residents with feeding as needed, including texture-modified diets.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation of dietary support.
